Info form: A basic information form will be emailed to you at the time your appointment is scheduled. This can be returned via email or brought in with you.
Clothes: Be sure to wear short tight shorts, at least 4 inches above knee, and a tight top.
Shoes: Bring a well-worn pair of running shoes. Ideally these are shoes you have only used for running.
Time: Do allow 60-75 minutes for the analysis.
Fresh: Be sure to come to your analysis 'fresh'. Avoid exercise the morning of and avoid strenuous exercise 48hrs beforehand.
Other: Do bring pertinent information related to your health history including previous exam results, physical therapy exercises, and training logs.
